I was having the same problem and mentioned it to my nutritionist. She said the goals on MFP are a little on the low side so as long as you're not way over on the protein, it's fine. Also when you exercise and add it in it will raise your protein levels on here.

I've had 2 c-sections and am a success story in the making. My belly does droop a little but I have a long way to go and I am seeing it getting smaller. Just keep at it. From what I've been told, at then end of the weight loss is when things really start tightening up.

Personally I would start using the calorie counter. Yes, in the beginning it is cumbersome but you will get used to it. Especially if you have a smart phone where you can just scan whatever you're eating. I've been doing this for 9 months and still have days where my calories added up a lot faster than I thought they did.…

Chicken spinach rollatini, easiest past and broccoli, baked chicken parm, banana bread, blue cheese dressing, baked chicken nuggets, 5 bean turkey chili, whole wheat pancakes (but I add blueberries). Love them all and I usually have all of the ingredients available. Big plus is my kids love them too!

Most definately. Depending on how the month is I sometimes am bloated for almost a week before. Just plug on through it and alot of times if you keep up your exercising & eating correctly during this time you'll noticed you lost more once it's over.

I'm halfway through week 8 of body combat and I can't say enough positive about it! It was what broke my 2 month plateau. Also, check your inches. I'm losing tons of inches more than weight, even though I think I've lost about 13 lbs or so on the program. Great job sticking with it!
