I mix weight lifting and cardio for most workouts. I'm going to try to do more running this year though.

Hey :) I want to lose weight because I feel more comfortable at a lower weight than I am now. I just started college and really don't want to gain the "freshman 15" Originally I was going to weigh in once a month because of scale obsession but I think twice a month is good too.

Try drinking water sometimes you aren't actually hungry and if you have to have a snack get fruits or vegetables. At first you just have to be strict about it to break the habit of snacking to much try planning your meals and snacks beforehand. Good luck on your journey :)

Thursday Calories Burned: 30 day shred 288 Total: 288 Left to go: 788 Today I wasn't feeling too good so my workout got pushed to late at night. Feeling better now but could have burned more.

I'm not eating any leftovers this year last year the whole week starting thanksgiving day I was ten pounds over my normal weight for a week!

powder creamers are a lot lower in calories than the liquid creamers. Coffee mate is only 10 calories per tsp.

Just searched that on Google and that just looks like it'll make everything complicated. I think staying in your calorie range is enough for weight loss.

Put on music and tune everything else around you out. Don't think about running at all just keep moving and before you know it you will be running miles. Good luck and have fun :)
