I finally have weight loss to log! I'm down 2.4 lbs since joining the group! I'm so happy because I hadn't lost any weight for the time I had been logging before the start of this group. Sometimes I don't feel like working out and I come here and see all of your goals and what you guys have already completed and get…

Goals for today 1) read lots of books 2) Drink hot chocolate I can't tell you how good it is to take a rest day! I use to be the person that had to workout 7 days a week or I would feel disappointed in myself. It's mentally relaxing to have a day where you can just say no to everything and everybody lol

Completed all goals set for yesterday, except for the yoga. I was super tired and went straight to bed. Goals - 1) Morning Run/tone it up

Glad I got here in time. I find it's easier to stick with a program when you know what you have to do everyday instead of guessing. Good luck and work hard everybody

FitnessBlender is the best all of their workouts are great. I'm doing their new 8 week program and i've lost 9 pounds in the first 3 weeks. The program is only 5 dollars and I can tell you it really works because my strength and endurance has improved alot since i've started the program.

I agree, why wash something thats not dirty? To many washes ruins clothes too.

I usually drink tea or water but if your really hungry that it keeps you up get a spoon of peanut butter. The protein usually gets rid of the hunger.

I joined this site last summer before my freshmen year. I was determined not to gain the freshmen 15 and instead of gaining I actually lost 10 pounds. My high School clothes are actually kinda big on me now. I workout at least 5 days a week but its mostly about calories in and calories out. Also, look at some of the foods…
