You could run with a friend talking makes me forget how long i've been running. Or just make a playlist with your favorite music and and focus on the music.

12 miles a week to start and maybe build up from there. To make a group you have click Groups at the top and on the right it says "start a group"

We should set a miles per week ( Walking,Running,Jogging,biking). I'm ok weighing Sundays but just not in March because my no scale challenge is for this month.

I recommend The Best of Me by Nicholas Sparks. I think its the best book he's written so far aside from A Walk To Remember.

I've been doing the challenges but Sunday I messed up with the saturated fats when I could have clearly avoided them. I think i'm doing good but i'm always wondering if i'm doing everything right to make sure i have a loss by weigh in. I tried the shred before but didn't complete the whole 30 days. I restarted a few days ago and I'm determined to get through the whole 30 days this time :)

Ok I don't think your fat and the guy who said 20 more pounds is just messing with you. If YOU decide to lose more weight because YOU want to then that's ok. Just stay in a range that's healthy for you.

I usually run outside even if it's cold the treadmill is kinda boring.

I just lost control when I saw those donuts :( 30 minute jog could burn over 300 calories or you could walk for an hour. The brownie won't ruin your day if you stay on track for the rest of the day. I think your suppose to eat your exercise calories though.
