I am aiming for 2 pounds a week. So if everything went perfectly that would be about a 25-30 pound loss by mid June which would make me ecstatic. So how does this work? We just post our weight here every Sunday?0 -

Just come out of summer so I have plenty of time for summer fit body!

BMI reckons I should under 81kg or 178 pounds but I reckon I would be to skinny.. plus my goal is put on more muscele so will be happy with mid to low 80's/180pounds0 -
