For lunch, I had a ham and fried egg roll.

I'm about to start on dinner - mini ham pizza, sweet potato chips and grapes.

I've been wondering if baked sweet potato with tuna would be a good combination...

After my run, I'll either have sausage and egg whites, with a corn tortilla, or maybe instead of sausage, beef cube steak.

Not sure yet but cottage cheese will be involved because I just bought a giant thing of it. Maybe a turkey sandwich. Don't know how well those will mix though.

I had a salad of baby field greens with sliced mushrooms and cherry tomatoes, some lemon Chobani Greek yogurt and two mandarin oranges.

I'm saving calories for a massive dinner feast at a favorite restaurant tonight! :-)

Half a cup of low sodium black beans and a pouch of Star Kist low sodium tuna all mixed together, lol.
It sounds gross, but it's actually really good with a little bit of extra seasoning.

And it's basically just a bowl of low fat, high-fiber mega protein.
Plus, very affordable for my college-budget self.
