I find cutting out carbs (doing south beach diet) really gets rid of all the food cravings. Failing that just find low cal options instead.

I'm doing the 30DS, its a hard workout for 20 mins but i dont feel overly pushed. I have moved to Level 2 and a little harder and you do burn calories. Roast butternut or pumpkin is devine eat with pasta, as salads or make into soup. If you roast long enough and use a little oil it caramelises - DEVINE! Carrot and pineapple salads nice. My mother is doing it and she has lost loads! As a veggie who does not eat eggs it's very very hard to follow. Even Quorn (UK meat substitute) it contains carbs. South Beach Diet is a little easier as you can at least have veggies in the first phase then build up the fruits and carbs.

Definately malbec! Also try adding diet coke to red wine (not a good one though - that would be a complete waste!!!). Very popular in South Africa it's called a Katemba.

Stick to it it will drop eventually! I was stuck for 2 months at one times - try mixing your meals up so have bigger breakfast if you normal have small and same for dinner - sometimes that's enough to chock your body into action.
