My family loves them, simple, nutritous and delicious! What could be better. We enjoyed the whole green beans tonight and they tasted so fresh. Never going back to cans :smile:

Anything out of a can - green beans, black olives, etc. taste like metal to me now YUCK! My family things I am crazy.... but I like the fresh stuff so much better. I love radishes, cucumbers and brussel sprouts the most.

Welcome and you can do this - it's not dieting it's changeing your choices and the result with be lost pounds. Drink plenty of water and track everything you eat - every day. You will see results. Susan :wink:

I logged all 1000 calories, and I enjoyed every bite. 2 hrs later I am still full. Did my walk in the morning, and will bike this evening. If I awake from the turkey coma/ Susan:smile:

1038 calories for me - It was good and I did a 45 minute ealk beforehand. I'll be on the bike before evening. Happy Thanksgiving.
