I started it a few weeks a go, i'm on level 2 now, its a killer, i'm so happy each time i've done it though

I'm only doing 30DS at the moment, as I've gone from no exercise at all to this, its tough but I've just done day 4 and I love it, not as sore as after day 1 but its still really tough, the satisfaction after though is great.

Day 2 my whole body hurts, didn't think i'd get through it still being in pain from yesterday.

Just completed day 1, brilliant, my body is still shaking 30 minutes later but I feel great, just got to make sure I stick to it now.

Hi ladies i'm 5' 4" also, I am 31 yrs old and from the UK, I started on here almost 7 weeks ago at 192lbs, i have lost just over 10lbs so far, now down to 181.4. My goal is to get down to at least 150, ultimately 130. Feel free to add me as a friend

I am also thirsty all the time, and peeing all the time as i am drinking a lot more water, sometimes it feels as if my throat is stuck together. I think maybe we notice it more because it's tasteless and we dont enjoy it as much as other drinks.

I always do if i know what i'm having, which is usually Mon - Fri, that way you can see what calories you have left / or how much you've gone over so that if you fancy a snack later you know you can have it ( or not ). It can always be amended along the way. Also if you have had a bigger lunch you know that you should have…

Thank you all so much my mind is now at ease, this is only my 4th day and i feel better already not bloated or over full and lethargic, it is shocking how many calories one can consume without noticing.
