Too many calories left over after evening Zumba
Hi, i went 100 or so over my 1200 calorie allowance yesterday which i was quite ok with, then after my evening Zumba class i put into MFP the 500 calories that i'd burned and it gave me almost that over in my net, by then it was 9pm so i wasnt going to eat anything that late. So my question is should i eat more on the days…

4LBS loss in first week?
Hi, i seem to have lost 4 lbs already and it has only been 5 days, to my amazement shock and disgust and some maths i have halved my calories from average 12500 to 6500 in just these 5 days. Will this be mostly water? Would be great but i dont think this is going to happen every week is it. I dont feel bloated like i used…

SHOCKING 2500 plus calories
I have calculated a typical day for me (before i started MFP) in calories and am horified that i was consuming over 2500 calories a day most days no wonder i was gaining weight, 1000 typically just at lunch being a pre-packed sandwich crisps and a chocolate bar. 1200 max ???
Hi all, as i am new to this (this is my 3rd day) i'm not sure if i should be sticking to 1200 calories maximum?, should it be minimum? or is it ok to go over 1200 by say 100-200 calories. Thanks for any replies
