  • Day 11 of the squat challenge....Done....110 total for today and day 12 is rest day :) It's going good, and I'm feeling good! :) Doing it first thing in the morning is best, however now that there are more and more to do, today I did 1/2 in the morning and 1/2 in the evening.
  • Day 5 done! 40 Crunches and 70 Squats.
  • I think most of us feel the same....as moms we're so busy taking care of our kids, working, etc and have little or no time for ourselves. I think we should all help motivate each other. Good luck :smile: :smile:
  • If you google 30 day ab challenge, there are several. The one I am doing starts with 20 crunches. It has a similar schedule like the squat challenge; you work for 3 days then rest the 4th day. I tried to copy and paste a link, but my computer is messing up.
  • I'm on day 3 of the squat challenge and I started the 30 day ab challenge as well. :wink: It's a struggle for me but I am pushing myself to do this 30 day challenge.
