I dont have scales at home so weigh every 7-10 days roughly, I personally think every day is a little too much as weight fluctuates day - day to water etc...

If you press the buttons on the side it will give you the options for 'user data' I think, then you add your weight, height, sex etc. You need to run the chest strap under water on the sqaures on the back so they are wet but not the whole strap soaking, then attach the wearlink to it.…

I have the Polar FT7 which has the chest strap and watch and I love it. I weigh every 1 or 2 weeks, I personally dont see the point in weghing every day as your weight fluctuates from morning, afternoon, night and day to day. To get an average and true weigh in I think weekly is enough.

The best and lowest I have found is a large chicken shish kebab, including salad and pitta it is approx 415 cals, yum! x
