I have my days planned out and starting both with the gym! And I am eating out, but I know the restaurants that we are going to so I have my meals picked out a head of time and will not look at the menu there. ;)

I have several food allergies, incuding tree nuts. It is a learning process. If you suspect he has food allergies the best thing is to get him tested to see what else he would be allergic to. I have 4 more days of Hip Hop Abs and then I am starting the 30DS on May 5th. Can't wait!!! I've tried this in the past, but have never actually completed it. I look forward to complete it this time and doing it with all of you!

I have gave it up for lent before and have felt better than when I eat it. My issue is that I am allergic to soy so there is not a lot of variety for me. Plus it is very hard for me to get protein. Though when I eat meat right now I don't feel so good after I eat it.

I like IPA's, Stouts, Porters and wheat beers. My current fav is Atwater Vanilla Java Porter and Cherry Stouts. I like Bells, Atwater, Abita, Founders, Stone, Dogfish Head, etc... I love beer!

That's true...it is good to teach your kids to eat healthy. My boyfriends son is 7 and we we have dinner he eats healthy too. His favorite thing is salad. I make turkey burgers and I add minced fresh mushrooms and onions, garlic, feta and bbq sauce to the meat mixture. So good!

Nope...I factor it into my calories because I love craft beer. Light beers taste like crap to me and would rather drink water. If I am going to have a beer I want to enjoy it. :)

Oh boy! Lol. I am starting the 30DS and Killer Buns and Thighs on the 5th after I finish Hip Hop Abs. Now you got me worried! :o) I am sure it will get easier at you go...once you begin to build those specific muscles.
