That Almond Blast Oatmeal sounds AWESOME! But my crock pot is a 5-6 qt, so for me to do enough I'd be eating Oatmeal every meal for the next year! ;)

I agreed...I too find that I'm not as hungry on my heavy exercise days, but the next day just eat it up! I also look at the long time goal of the whole week rather than one day. I've also found that if I DON'T work out I get grumpy...so my family tends to send me to the gym more often ;) I always try to drink a bottle of…

That's a good idea. You could even increase it each day...start out at 10 min, then the next go to 11 or if you are adventurous another 10! Now THAT would help you get in shape! ;)

OOO! I like that one! I grew up Catholic, but I'm now Baptist, so my mom asked me what I was giving up...so it's still part of my routine this time of year. Think I might do this! Thanks for the idea!

do you drain the Pineapple first or use that as part of your liquid? Also, how much water to add or is it just what is listed on the cake mix box?

This is AWESOME as a motivation tool...I've gone from 35th to 19th position, lost 2.5 lbs, was able to get back into my size 18 jeans again, AND feel great! Thanks Ikahr for doing this! Next week, I'm going to be eyeing my size 16 jeans & wondering how soon I'll be able to get into those! ;P

Yeah...that's fun, but I really don't like it when it asks you to step on to weigh and it goes, ' OOOooooo!' Burns me up each time! ;) I guess it's a good thing, because then I work harder so maybe next time it won't do that. Oh, well. At least I'm watching the graph go down and not up! ;)

Yeah, that's what I've been doing, but since I now have four different routines, each using different exercises, it sure would be easy to just click once and have them all added at the same time. Thanks dad106 for the info! ;)
