  • Hi there! New to MFP, so I hope I can join the challenge to get fit! Ultimately, I would like to drop around 30lbs, but my goal for this challenge will be at least 5! I started the 30 day shred, level 1 yesterday and will tackle day 2 tonight. I am 31 years old, 5'2 and 140lbs :-\ I'm definitely not in my 'healthy' weight…
