Actually you can swim in the Polor F6 (which I do). The battery thing doesn't really bother me...

Just got a Polor F6 this week after many recommendations from here, LOVE it! Still trying to figure out everything it does but love the fact that I know exactly how many calories I am burning and knowing my HR @ all times during exercise. Would definitely recommend it. Found it on Amazon.com.

I eat these things EVERY day...no exception! eggs spinach (in three of my meals) all natural turkey or chicken breast alfalfa sprouts low fat swiss and cheddar cheese multigrain bread almonds apple banana clementine organic peanut butter

I like this as a cold salad or as a "salsa" dip to go along w/multigrain tortilla chips: black beans, chick peas, corn, tomatoes, red onion, fresh cilantro, lime juice (that is all I use - you could jazz it up with any other spices you like). Chill and enjoy! :tongue:

I find that if I give myself a meal off a week or even a day off a week it helps me not to feel like I'm depriving myself. It has worked for me, just saying!

It is most likely not fat you gained, but you are holding water weight. Drink lots of water today, watch your meals, and by tomorrow you will be surprised (in a good way) by the scales. Don't give up and don't be discouraged, it happens to us all!:flowerforyou:

Wow - this sounds amazing! I am thinking of all of the other fresh frozen fruit to add to this...strawberries, raspberries, blueberries. I am definitely giving this a try....tonight! Ice cream is my one weakness and this will be a great sub, thanks so much!

I also work @ a desk job and I like to pack turkey or chicken (all natural sliced, or left over grilled) rolled in a romaine lettuce leaf. Kind of like a wrap w/o the bread. You can add other veggies or cheese as well. I also enjoy a handful of raw natural almonds as another alternative.
