Carb/Fat/Protein Percentages
What do you have yours set @ to lose weight? I think I messed mine up trying to tweak them and when I went back to what I thought was the original settings that doesn't look right either. I was thinking it should be 20% Carbs/25% Fat /55% Protein (percentage from daily calories).

Heart Rate Monitor
Any ideas on what kind of Heart Rate Monitor I should get? I'm looking for a middle of the road model to help me accurately keep track of calories burned/heart rate while I swim and run. I'm not looking to spend a fortune, but don't want a cheapy either. Thanks! :smile:

Protein powder...why?
Maybe this is a stupid question, but I was just wondering the benefits of using protein powders (like in shakes, smoothies, etc) or why you use them. I seem to be always over on my daily protein values as it is.
