Carb/Fat/Protein Percentages

What do you have yours set @ to lose weight? I think I messed mine up trying to tweak them and when I went back to what I thought was the original settings that doesn't look right either. I was thinking it should be 20% Carbs/25% Fat /55% Protein (percentage from daily calories).

I have mine set at 55% carbs, 20% Fats, and 25% Protein.
I used to have it as 40/30/30, but a friend of mine who is a personal trainer thought that more carbs (good carbs) is necessary.0 -
That is extremely low carb, a more balance diet should be more like 50 carb, 25 fat, 25 protein, MFP is set up at 55 carb, 30 fat and 15 protein.0
