Carb/Fat/Protein Percentages

What do you have yours set @ to lose weight? I think I messed mine up trying to tweak them and when I went back to what I thought was the original settings that doesn't look right either. I was thinking it should be 20% Carbs/25% Fat /55% Protein (percentage from daily calories).

    I have mine set at 55% carbs, 20% Fats, and 25% Protein.

    I used to have it as 40/30/30, but a friend of mine who is a personal trainer thought that more carbs (good carbs) is necessary.

    That is extremely low carb, a more balance diet should be more like 50 carb, 25 fat, 25 protein, MFP is set up at 55 carb, 30 fat and 15 protein.

    I'm set at 60 carb, 25 fat, 15 protein.

    Mine is set to 50cabs/30protein/20fat
