  • I use the garmin heart rate monitor. It was 100.00 if I remember correctly. I definitely had to sit down with the manual to understand it all, but now it is really easy to use and track. I use it for HIIT and Walking/Running.
  • I get the plain greek yogurt and add agave nectar. It is so good! Honey is good too, but agave is better for you.
