Hi, I'm Brandi and starting tomorrow. I am really looking forward to it. So far I've completed 30 Day Shred and Ripped in 30 and loved them both. I've lost 5 pounds and 12.5 inches since October 29 using 30DS and RI30 which is a total of 35 pounds since April 2011. Now I'm fine tuning my eating and hoping for more results…

Level complete! Down 5 pounds and 10 inches overall. Pretty good for 30 days of torture! Now am going to try Ripped in 30.

Day 1 of level 3 and I was almost in tears. I had to modify almost everything to get through it. My knees have been killing me since day 6 of level 2. Anyone else experiencing knee pain?

Day 5 of level 2 and it is hard but I like it better than level 1. Down 5.5 inches all around and loving the results! I didn't feel like it was a hard level until I realized my planks were not being done right. Level 1 day 9 complete! I find I have more endurance now, but still finding it difficult to get through the workout without stopping some days. Scared to start level 2!

I'm so out of shape!!! Day 2 level 1 complete and I'm really sore, but I'm excited to see the results.

Today was Day 2, Level 1 and boy am I sore! Yesterday was hard, but today was a little easier even with sore muscles. Looking forward to the challenge of completing all levels!
