Mellie, that is a great "why". Mine are pretty normal, there are a bunch of clothes in my closet I want to wear again AND feel good in them. I feel better when I am eating right and working out, why does that seem to be something I forget as I fall off the healthy wagon?? I need to find a way to remember that "why".

I am switching up one cardio a week to the T25 Cardio workout.

Mellie, my hamstrings have been soooo tight. I am on 6 tomorrow and I think they are finally getting better thanks to lots of stretching.

I did Day 3 today. I am a little sore and trying to add on some treadmill walk/run minutes after each workout. I like to get in 45 minutes total. On Sunday I actually did both Day 1 and the cardio. I know I will feel better by next week, so must push on. Good luck all.

Starting weight 157, goal is to be down 15lbs. I am 45 and 5'0". Trying to get back into all the clothes hanging in my closet. 12lbs will help. Larger goal is approx. 20 by June 1.
