  • i tried it and had to stop. i became so sick in the am that i was dry heaving. i was so hungry that i was sick. good luck but dont deprive yourself. i also had horrible head aches and found it hard to find foods i was "allowed" to eat.
  • I dont know about anyone else but be cautious when using the mfp pre set elliptical to log your cardio. before i got my heart rate monitor i did and i found that it was almost 200 calories over what i was really burning!
  • hello everyone! Im new here to the mfp and i thought i would look for some support on the C25K. I just finished w3d2 and i was struggling the last 3 min run, it felt like someone had tied weights to my feet, but i kept with it! you guys are good inspiration thank you!
