I am in the same boat. I added some of you and later I will add the rest. I have not lost anything yet! It is going on a month of me working out and counting calories and nothing! It has only been like a half of an inch of size lost. I am so frustrated and not sure what I am doing wrong.

I am thinking about doing the same thing. I am 5'2" and weigh 145. The MFP has me at 1200 a day. And I am going to the gym at least 3 times a week. I measure it all! I just write it down as waist and belly. That way I can see them both. And don't suck in when you do it. That is just cheating! :)

What are the net calories? I am confused on that as well. Should that number be the 1200 also? Because looking back I have never gotten 1200 for a net number. ??? This really can't that damn confusing right??
