Seem to have hit plateau or not eating enough
I have been working out & eat right for almost a year now. I have lost 36lbs. I am down to the last 5lbs that I would like to lose but if I can just add more tone & get leaner I am ok with staying my weight now. I am 35 5'2" and 120lbs. Has anyone tried the Lipo pills?
I saw they have Lipo pills now. I hate shots so I am wondering if the pills really work or not. I would love to read any reviews anyone has of them.

When doing the circuit training weights
When I do the circuit training weights I have been doing 2 sets of 10 to 12 reps. Is that enough? Should I do more? I feel like I see other people in the gym do it alot more than what I am doing. If I have 1200 calories but then I work out do I eat more or
I am allowed 1200 calories a day. But like today I worked out and it said burned 565 calories. So I just got done with dinner and it says I still have 812 calories to eat. Should I really eat that much more? I have not been hungry most of the day. My profile is kelketchum if you want to look at it.
