When I do the circuit training weights I have been doing 2 sets of 10 to 12 reps. Is that enough? Should I do more? I feel like I see other people in the gym do it alot more than what I am doing. I also do one machine at a time. As in I do all my sets then I move on. Is it best to do it this way or do one set and then come back later and do it again?

I think it depends on YOU. Is it too easy? Then do more reps.
When I am working out I always keep in mind to keep myself challenged. To avoid plateaus/adaptability I increase my intensity pretty regularly.
You can do this by increasing the amount of weight lifted, changing your sets/reps, changing the exercises and changing the type of resistance. You can make these changes on a weekly or monthly basis.
P.S. I feel I should put a disclaimer....I am not a personal trainer or doctor, but this is what I do and this is what works for me.0
