  • I pretty much stick to upbeat songs that push me. It is pretty amazing the difference between jogging listening to nothing and jogging listening to music that is fast. I also listen to random slower songs when lifting weights.

  • Sounds familiar! I got that too, just from all the eating over the holidays. Seems like every meal was a special occasion for 4-5 days there. Just keep reducing again and your body should get adjusted to it.
