15% sounds extremely low! I wouldn't do anything less than 35% at the bare minimum honestly!

I rarely eat fast food and I meal prep and eat about 6 times a day. I also eat a lot of the same things, but you are more than welcome to take a look!

I have been trying to lower my protein down to 1g per bodyweight and it's really really hard for me! When I do this I am usually only eating around 1200-1300 cals a day when I am needing more like 1700 at least a day. It's either my carbs or my protein is super high when I try to reach the 1700 mark though
