In the same boat! It's definitely rough starting out and I struggle with keeping a consistent food log as well. I've been pretty active this week and hope that's a picture for future weeks. Feel free to add me as well - maybe we can all be part of an accountability group? Thoughts?

This may be a silly question to ask, but how do you calculate calories burned? I've been doing the 30 day shred this week (did it twice with Zumba 3 times this week). Thanks.

Me! Been a struggle, but you make a good point - better to be single and happy than be with something you don't want. It's always been a fight for me to not want that something more, but pushing forward!

Great Group! I've had the DVD for quite a few months but never really got around to doing it... space being one of the issue since I've been in an apartment or small house due to college. I'll only be in the house where I'm at for 29 more days, so gues it can't hurt to start. :)
