No secrets I just stuck with it even when I was frustrated or stuck on a plateau. I logged days that weren't very healthy, holidays and days I said I "wasn't counting" to hold myself accountable.

I did couch to 5k but the only exercise I really did consistently was Zumba. I loved it so much got certified and now I teach 5 classes a week

I started out at 230 lbs and Zumba is the only exercise I do on a regular basis. I started doing Zumba for the wii and loved it so I started going to classes and loved it even more, now I am an instructor. It is such a fun way to burn calories!!!

Until I bought my HRM I used high impact aerobics because the calories it gave me was in between zumbacalories.com's high and medium impact zumba classes

I just had a my 2nd baby on June 4th and starting out I weighed the same as I did when I got pregnant with my first.
