This book is bad. Poorly written. Its a big contradiction. I'm on second book and just don't get why people like this. Both characters are annoying. And the sex is completely farfetched. Honestly, read something worthwhile.

I generally have a clif bar with a full glass of water before workout. I hate working out on an empty stomach. I come home starving and that kind of defeats the purpose of working out! So far this has worked for me.

There's so much natural sugars in food and I know from my MFP, my sugar is on the low side so it's very easy to go over. I find that when I shop I have to look at the whole of the nutritional information rather than just calorie.

I've limited myself to one 8oz diet pepsi and the rest water. I do try to have a glass of Milk for calcium. I drink a ton of water when I work out, but it has to be cold!
