  • I've only started a couple of weeks ago, and have actually 15 to lose. which I know I will once I can exercise properly again. On 143 now, used to be relatively fit and happy on around 135 but now want to go below 130. I'm going to start 30 day shred as soon as my dvd arrives, anyone else in on that?
  • I thought the allowance MFP gives you already creates the deficit needed to lose weight. Therefore you add to the calories you're allowed to eat by exercising? Maybe that's where I'm going wrong as I've not lost any yet... but then it's only my third week and I had an "off" weekend.

  • I always have rolled oats (around 50g) and a chopped apple with some cinnamon for flavour. It's around 320 cals I think. But if I do my exercise in the morning, I need a proper breakfast. In order not to be hungry again by the time i get to work, i tendto eat there, so the time between breakfast and lunch is shorter.
