  • well done! I had to stop with just 5 days to go. also not counting as I am on holidays. But i was completely set on doing 30ds a few times this week, despite being away, but now my foot hurts again :( Good luck with the half marathon training.

  • great thread, i'll be done with 30DS next week. I also do C25K and then cycle or Jillian's Banish fat boost metabolism. which is hard, but good. Planning on getting ripped in 30 and the six pack one too, just to have something quick to do in the mornings, for some extra calories :)
  • yeah I went to the black star, De la Soul and Rakim gig here (London UK). it was great, even tho we missed Rakim as he was so unfashionably early, which never happens at hip hop gigs. Also going to Random Axe and rhymesayers later this year... :)

  • I planned on once a week, but then been doing it around every 5 days. I only have the wii for scales, which is good, because I can't be bothered to switch it on every day just for that.

  • Did L3D4 today, after not doing DS on Fri or Sun, I did do other exercise. But I'm starting to get bored, even though it is exhausting and i can feel my muscles every day, I'd like to start something new.
  • I did L3D3 today and I found L2 harder. L3 is hard, but the jump from 2 to 3 wasn't as big as from 1 to 2 I think. Good luck with L3. We're almost there!
