Here are my goals for this week:
1. Lose 2lbs
2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily
3. Exercise everyday
4. Stay under my calorie goal

Here are my goals:
1. Lose 2lbs/week for a total of 20lbs
2. Workout 6 times/week, burning at least 600 cal/day
3. Limit alcohol intake to a couple glasses of wine/week (planned for in my daily/weekly calorie goals!)
4. Get at least 7 hours of sleep/night

Laue... Love your motivation, 600 cals a day is a lot!!! And good luck with the two glasses of wine. I've been super good lately with my drinks but we have a camping trip coming up and I'm sure I'll fall hard off the wagon:drinker:

my goal is to lose 10-15 by december and to get back to exercising more, especially running. I've not set a definite running goal, as I am waiting for my physio to ok that i run again after an injury.
Otherwise, i've got all the Jillian videos and want to do one thing each day and cycle 2-3 times a week for 20-45mins.
my stats are:
weight: 138.5 (i've lost 1.5lbs since last Thur, I guess mainly because I had migraine yesterday and didnt eat much)
BMI: 20.95
thighs (upper): 23inch
arms (biceps): 10inch
waist (above belly button): 27inch
hips: 35.5inch

I weighed 185 this am...Argh...Gained one pound since my last weigh in...
Anyway...!
Had a rough day with a trip to the pediatrician, two flu shots (Doubly blessed and an explosive tantrum at the food court which made me eat McDonald's instead of Subways which is what I had planned....
I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR MY OWN CHOICES AND NEED TO PLAN MORE AHEAD!

The wine is the REALLY hard part. 600 cal/day seems like a breeze compared to that. Spinning, running and boot camp should keep me on track for that, but I haven't found a way to say no to a glass of wine with dinner.
Today's challenge is done, along with boot camp and a 5 mile run. Total burn: 1,091 calories!0 -

This morning I weighed in at 159.6! I have lost some weight since starting last week!! YIPPEE!! I was at school all day but I did manage to walk A LOT during my breaks!!
