Taking in clothes is super easy, esspecially stuff like t-shirts. You just create a new seam further into the shirt, no cutting needed. And you don't need to worry about ever needing those hobo clothes again because you are going to be beautiful and skinny for good.

Wait until cardio three. Seriously, I don't preview the dvd before I am doing them. I tell myself I can do it and I just push ahead. If I previewed what I was about to do, I would totally enter into new videos with dread and the wrong mindset.

I use the 5, 8 and 10s, though when she says light, I use 8 unless there is no way for me to do it (warrior 3 and weighted supermans). I use 10s almost all the time. In the video they are using 3s as their lightest.

Don't worry, that is your body just accepting you are getting stronger. That is awesome, as long as you aren't half assing it (and only you know how hard you worked) just accept that your body is getting used to the grind and recovering quickly and adjusting quickly. Kids taste buds can change.Only buy healthy cereal and they will eat it. They may prefer the sickly sweet stuff, but if you are strong, they will change (or at least accept it).

I did the 30ds shred and I am on phase 3 of total body. The first phase was too easy after finishing the 30ds shred, but I like how it is more hard core as you go on. Ultimately the best results come from actually doing the program, not what time you do it. Find a time that works for you and commit to do it. I do my second cardio often at 1030 in the evening before bed, because that is the time I can fit it in.

I would be wary of "going back." If you were doing fine on three and four, you should force yourself to do five and six until you feel good about them. That is the way your body will change. Jillian Michaels splits it front and back instead of upper and lower. She says that forces the heart to work harder sending blood up and down and burns more calories due to peripheral heart action. (or something like that)
