  • I just read of a study where people were watched over a year. One group was told to drink regular soda as normal, another drank diet soda and another drank water only. The only group that lost weight was the group that drank water. Both groups of soda drinkers did not lose any weight. FOOD for thought! Check it out online!!

  • Better yet don't count those calories and stay on your current regimen, reap the benefits of those extra calories burned ( just to see if they made a difference) and go from there.

  • Invariably with fasting one loses muscle mass before fat because muscle because the body feeds from muscle first. So why do that and the headache is definetly a side effect of fasting. It is too drastic and unhealthy. Good Luck!!
  • I am not a breakfast kind of guy but the frozen turkey sausage and egg on wheat muffins are good quick and omly 280 cals or so. Good Luck. The puffed brown rice is a great lo cal cereal and is only about a dollar a bag with only 70 cals. Good Luck
  • Why not use the powdered creamer and if you must use the sugar free flavored syrups? I find the generic powdered creamers are about 10 calories per teaspoon and 2 tsps are plenty. Good Luck
  • I believe the conflict lies in the way doctors feel about the rate of weight los. Most don't reccomend more than 1-2 lbs per week.
