I record all my exercise activity, but only what I consider to be true exercise - meaning, I need to be sweating a significant amount and getting my heart rate up. I do not log "every day activities" (cleaning the house, grocery shopping,etc)... not eating back my exercise calories works for me but I'm not completely…

Kind Almond & Coconut bars... SOOOOO good. But high on the calorie/fat side so I can't eat them all the time. Which makes them a real treat! Luna Honey Peanut Pretzel bars... I eat one daily. Pop Corners - white cheddar is like eating Smart Food popcorn & they are all natural.

I've tried most of the Laughing Cow flavors - my favorite would be the cream cheese one which was just recently introduced. I started tracking my potassium after reading that increasing potassium levels can aid in lowering blood pressure. When I started strength training a little over a month ago, I had ZERO upper body strength. I want to be able to do pull ups... maybe only a couple but actually DO them. I want to have defined arms - no more old lady flab jiggle. Tight tummy. Defined legs. I still want to look like a chick, but a TOUGH CHICK. :bigsmile:

I have a Polar FT7 and LOVE it. It has a chest strap & I don't even notice it when exercising. Having an HRM makes me challenge myself. I owe the inches I've lost to my HRM. Seriously.

After getting my BF% done by a trainer, I bought the same device they used: Omron Fat Loss Monitor. It was about $30 on Amazon & for my journey, it was totally worth it.

Thanks for all your positive input! :happy: I truly appreciate it & it helps motivate me, knowing I'm doing the right thing. I hate that society gets your head so wrapped around the idea of the scale! Scale be damned!! At some point that number will drop so until then, I'm just gonna keep on shrinking inches!
