Just before it is fully set add a muller light and whisk it up and its sets into a lovely mousse!! Other yoghurts can also be used but i like some of the old faithful muller lights flavours and its just the right size! Makes both the jelly and a muller go further and its only real minimum cals for a different sweet treat!

I upped mine and lo and behold ive started to lose weight, ive also stopped exercising at the present time as my body seems to be happy with just an active life style, once ive lost a bit more then i will tone up and exercise but i genuinely believe it was hindering me. When i was a kid i was never allowed to go 'trickle treating' i was easily past 13 before i ever knew it was 'trick or treating' as i had never been how was i supposed to know what it was all about, to me its still trickle treating and if you say it fast enough noone would ever know the difference :-)

When I have had enough to drink to make me feel a bit tipsy I feel like i could run a marathon, in heels and often run through the streets between pubs, clubs or after taxis.....truth is i struggle to run a mile in my trainers when sober, go figure!

I tend to move the batter out of the middle of the pan ever so slightly so it dips, then when its cooks it evens itself out and comes out flat rather than with a peak!

Its your first week so a big loss is quite normal, you get rid of quite a lot of excess water in the first week too. Hi Well i didnt Shred yesterday, no excuse other than in my jammies all day and eating chocolate! My Birthday today so just chilled out as i am at work today! Dont think i will be shredding today either, so i am back on it tomorrow, that will be my day 15! Half way through woo hoo!!! Keep it up everyone

Im not sure if level3 will be much better for you to be honest, there is a lot of ankle stuff and the plank, see how you get on, otherwise sticking with 1 wont do any harm, its good that you have found a routine that suits you and you have seen an improvement in :-)

Just an exercise bike and hand weights. Then got 30DS dvd and the wii. Really should use the Wii more, i think once ive finished the shred i might but at the minute thats about all i can face
