Ok well 11 days in and i have lost ZERO weight so far and had a tiny 1/2 inch of my waist, 1/2 inch of right thigh and 1/3 inch of left thigh. ive just started level 2 on 30ds and i feel a failure.... i hated every minute and struggled through out....it made me feel fat and unfit, like really unfit.
