Coming in under your daily cals for the day might be your problem. You really do need to eat all the calories recommended and any exercise ones you gain. How long has your skin been bad, i tend to find if i had a bad patch of eating, like more than a few days, weeks, then go back to being really good and healthy my skin can get like this, something to do with all the toxins escaping i think!! when i upped my cals from 1200 to just over 1400 my weight loss picked up momentum and it really worked for me and that was with out any exercise at all!

This is my topping of choice whenever i have them!!! One of our chains of pubs here do an awesome breakfast of pancakes, with just right cooked bacon and little jug of the syrup..... needless to say its 685 cals a portion !

Sandwiches..... I have recently found that a sandwich with a meat content (i like thin turkey ham 20cal a slice) and light mayonnaise is the only thing that i enjoy and keeps me satisfied....often until the early evening if i snack sensibly in between, leaving me a nice amount if cals for a hearty dinner and yummy snacks…
