I went with a simple breakfast.0

Green Tea/Two Boiled Egg Whites/1/2 Grapfruit0

greek yogurt, a dash of crunchy nugget cereal, coffee (lots), banana, vitamins and meds with water.0

coffee one slice toast one egg and cheese...0

Quaker instant oatmeal - natural/unsweetened, with a mott's natural unsweetened apple sauce snack cup. And a BIG coffee, with 2 tblp of half and half.0

oatmeal, made with almond milk with a pinch of cinnamon, and a banana.0

Made a delicious banana smoothie that I found online
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp honey
2 medium bananas
1/2 cup cooked oatmeal
1/3 cup of almonds
2 cups of ice
Blended it all together and made 2 delicious servings... the other half will be saved for tomorrow! :drinker:0 -
Coffee and some oatmeal with milk. Then about an hour later, a French macaron and pudding.:)0

I enjoyed a large link of italian sausage mixed with one egg, and 3 large strawberries. and a black iced coffee.0

Big breakfast
One egg over easy and one egg white mixed with sauteed spinach, garlic, mushrooms. 2 slices of turkey bacon and 1C orange juice- I'm full!!0 -
Kelloggs special K with red berries, a banana and a cup of tea!0

-1 scoop MuscleTech Vanilla Whey
-3 Cups Spinach
-10 strawberries
-20 raspberries
-1 prune
-cinnamon and 1/2 packet Stevia

I had a Belvita Oat and Honey pack- 230 Calories, a gala apple- 90 calories, and a Dannon Light and Fit Peach Yogurt- 80 calories for a total of 400 calories.0

Plain oatmeal with splenda and mixed in my egg whites...I have to eat it this way! I hate oatmael and eggs by them self..oh and can't forget my COFFEE!!!!!!0
