    Quaker instant oatmeal - natural/unsweetened, with a mott's natural unsweetened apple sauce snack cup. And a BIG coffee, with 2 tblp of half and half.

    Made a delicious banana smoothie that I found online

    1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
    1 tbsp honey
    2 medium bananas
    1/2 cup cooked oatmeal
    1/3 cup of almonds
    2 cups of ice

    Blended it all together and made 2 delicious servings... the other half will be saved for tomorrow! :drinker:

    Big breakfast
    One egg over easy and one egg white mixed with sauteed spinach, garlic, mushrooms. 2 slices of turkey bacon and 1C orange juice- I'm full!!

    289 cals and keeps me satisfied for hours compared to cereals

    I had a Belvita Oat and Honey pack- 230 Calories, a gala apple- 90 calories, and a Dannon Light and Fit Peach Yogurt- 80 calories for a total of 400 calories. :)

    Plain oatmeal with splenda and mixed in my egg whites...I have to eat it this way! I hate oatmael and eggs by them self..oh and can't forget my COFFEE!!!!!!
