Take a whole load of fruit in everyday to work and put it on your desk, then as the day goes on only eat a little of it and then by the end of the working week VOILA half of it is still there looking like you are setting up a market and reminder of how little you have eaten that you intended :ohwell:

I'm not worried about it, I still eat my 5 a day most days through salad and vegetable as well as the lucky chosen fruit that makes the cut.

Just thought this was funny as I look around and see the fruit on my desk and sitting at the bottom of my handbag (real appetising after a week in there I'm sure!)

What are your little habits that you wonder if is shared by many?
