Looking good :) Nice job.

Awesome job! It's always the little things that add up over time. I've been sidelined from my regular walking program with a lower back injury but somehow - with faithful tracking - I'm losing my 1 pound a week -- which was my goal. Keep on keeping on! And congratulations on that 10 pounds.

Wow! You are one gorgeous girl at all of your various weights! Can you share what kind of regimen you've been on? Also - how long did it take to get down to 225?

Picture someone throwing you a beach ball and you drop it. What should you do? Pick it up again. It's the same. No matter how many times you drop the…

I see beauty in both the before and after photos. You look great! Congrats on all your efforts to date. Keep at it gal.

Welcome Sanumi! I'm fairly new myself. My goal (which at the moment seems impossible) is to ultimately lose a total of 50 pounds. I'm not the most disciplined person in the world but so far 3 pounds gone. Yay! But what I'm looking forward to at the moment is the first 10 pounds. Do you have any specific goals?
