Is there a grocery store near your workplace that you can go to for lunch? They typically have a salad bar that you pay for by the pound. I drink a cup of 2% milk (sometimes chocolate milk, but not always). It's a good little "snack" and it keeps me feeling full for a while. I try this because if I go digging in my pantry, I might find hubby's stash of cheetos and cave. The milk is a better replacement.

No worries...I had a pretty bad weekend given that it's nearing Rodeo season in Texas and everyone I know practiced their cook off skills this past weekend. Now I just have to hop back on the wagon and work my tail off this week. One day won't kill us!

One thing that happened to me in the past when I tried this, is I became "skinny fat". Sure I was pretty thin, but not toned in the slightest (not a good look). bump..just want to keep this in my topics of interest. my suggestions are almonds, oatmeal, eggs, greens (spinach, brocolli, etc), soy, apples, berries, (good for you) yogurt, fish, quinoa. incoporate these into ur meals and it makes a diff. i've always heard watermelon is a good food for abs but all the water bloats me.

I struggle a lot with cravings too. That's me too..I'm 5'2 1/2" and 120 is the happy weight. 115 is the ideal. I don't really have a small frame but I start to look gaunt when I get lower. I would like to reach the 115 and stay there. no yo-yoing!

i take breaks because my body is so sore and im extremely tired all the time. my plan for a day or two off turns into a week and i feel like a should start over to get the full effect. i know it sounds ridiculous but my day 1 box has 4 checks in it from starting over so many times.
