I'm at 155.2, up a couple pounds. I think it's partly related to a new medicine I'm on, but I know it's a whole lot related to slacking off in April. Congrats to Kimjutjor & odylynn, great job on the losses!! :)

I want a number in the 140's! I started C25k again, one week in. I want to keep that up 3 days a week through April & hit 10,000 steps with my Fitbit 3 days a week as well.

Here is what works for me: When I set my FitBit account up, I could choose how aggressive a calorie deficit I wanted. I chose the 500 cal deficit, so it set my daily goal at 1326. My fitness goals for January are to complete the 30 day program I've restarted twice already, stay within my weekly calorie goal, wear my Fitbit everyday and hit 10,000 steps at least 5 days a week. My weight goal is to get out of the 150s.

10/26 = 5.19 10/31 = 2.31 Didn't make it this month, but I kept up through the month, so I'll just have to push that much harder in November. Congratulations to all who reached goal, I'm so impressed by the mileage represented on these posts!!!!
