Hi Ya'll...how's this week going? I did 6W6P level 2 this morning. I felt stronger on my most hated move (the burpees), so that was a good motivation to keep at it. Keep up the good work, let's do this thing!!
Does anyone else listen to Jillian's weekly podcasts? They can be a little hit or miss sometimes, but it's fun learning more about her and there are several segments that are really motivating and informative. I liked her topic a couple weeks back about Embracing Critiscism.
