  • As I cook the recipe, I write down the ingredients and the calories per item, then I add all the calories together and divide by the number of servings and then save it for future use. So I only have to do the work once. Hope this helps

  • My favorite after drinking the night before is, I know it is not healthy, but I need fried eggs, bacon and sour dough toast with butter and jelly, it is a good thing I do not do that very often or my diet would be shot.
