  • I don't know about innovative workouts, but laps are a really awesome way to burn a lot of calories. The best part is it's cardio and muscle toning all at once; I was in the best shape when I was swimming 30 minutes 3x a week. First few days are tough, but it's well worth it!
  • I did this a few weeks ago, and it was KILLER! I woke up the next morning incredibly sore, but in the good way. Hint: You'll work hardest in the first two or three movies.
  • I've found that if I drink Gatorade during and after the workout, it helps TREMENDOUSLY with getting through it. And everyone else is right....push through the first few days of each workout. Everyday you'll fell better.
