I tried keto for about 1 month with no weight loss. Switched to calorie counting and dropped 4 pounds. I still watch the amount of carbs but i felt too deprived on keto even though i was really strict.

I had tried keto but i felt so deprived still after a month with no weight loss. I switched to calorie counting and i felt better plus lost 4 pounds. It is hard to stay on track without a meal plan. My husband is such a picky eater so it makes meal planning difficult. What is your favorite go to meal?

You can also replace the eggs, oil and water with 12 oz of diet coke and then there's completely no guilt. It still rises pretty good and you can cook it in the microwave in a microwave safe container for about 8-11 minutes depending on the watts.

Taco Salad This was suggested by a user on MFP and my husband and I tried it and it was awesome. I changed mine up a bit. Here is the website.
