I'm lucky enough to tell the truth when I say I can't, I get sugar migraines. When I splurge I usually end up having to take something for the pain or suffer. I'd rather not take too much medication if I can avoid it. That or moderation and portion control if you have it.

I put spinach in EVERYTHING. In pasta dishes, hamburgers, veggie casseroles, eggs. The possibilities are endless. In the mornings I mix it with strawberries and greek yogurt. I buy almost 50 oz. a week.
