I'm using the Vi Shakes by body by vi . I make them with unsweetened almond milk (40 calories a cup), ice, shake mix and then fruit or chocolate or cookies or carrots-cream cheese-nutmeg & cinn. or I use trop 50 lemonade and strawberries. I'm down 18 lbs with the body by vi shakes - I love them. Been doing it for 5 weeks. Just started real exercise this week. My 90 day challenge - 40 lbs by my 40th birthday (Middle of September)
